For those of you who don't know, we put our house on the market just in time for the summer selling season. Our current home is beautiful and in a great location, but we want all four walls and a yard that we maintain. We will see what this Ski Town's real estate market has in store for us. And if it doesn't sell...there would be worse places to be stuck.
